Today’s picture is from this morning. I feel awful, with a horrible cough and wheezing in my chest, but I have to take the boys to the bus stops. So today I put in a little bit of eye makeup, because I’ve learned that if I feel like I look better, sometimes I actually feel better. Which makes me think of the ACS’s #LookGoodFeelBetter program that I’ve volunteered for over the years. Anyway, today, I have a mask to protect my neighbors. I have coffee in a Haunted Mansion mug. And I don’t look as bad as I feel. There’s some wisdom in all that I think. #TaraSchileTurns40

There’s this cute thing that happens at @dragoncon called #DragonconSwagnSeek. People hide little gifts, or hand them to you, just for the fun of giving. Some are handmade, some are surprising, some are funny. But it’s all such a sweet and kind thing. Thanks for putting good, giving energy out in the world. 🖖🏼💗

Finished this book today. @elleollyoxenfree gave it to me, so of course I had to read it. I enjoyed it!
