Harrison’s 7th Birthday cake/cupcakes: peanut butter cupcakes made with wheat flour, with whipped strawberry frosting. Tasted like a peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich!! Then I dunked each one in sprinkles, then right before serving pulled tabs out of tiny individual lights to make them light up! (Lights not edible.) The hilt was colored using black Cookie Icing I had in the cupboard, plus some doodads out of a package of rainbow sprinkles for the buttons!
